Indications have shown Inter Milan could sell goalkeeper André Onana if they received the right offer.
The Cameroonian had reportedly met Nerazzurri directors last week as a summer move to Chelsea remains on the cards.
Onana joined Inter on a free transfer from Ajax last summer but has attracted interest from several clubs in the Premier League, and Chelsea is in pole position to sign him.
According to FCinternews, Onana’s representative was in Milan last week to meet Nerazzurri directors over the offers on the table.
Although the 27-year is not seeking a move away from the club, h two parties discussed his future.
Although he is said to be happy in Milan and not seeking to leave, transfer remains on the cards, especially if the Nerzzurri receive an offer above €45m.
Chelsea has a strong interest in the former Ajax midfielder, but Gazzetta reported that there was no meeting between the Blues and Inter directors last week.
Calciomercato.com also reported that Manchester United are monitoring the Cameroon international.
Having kept seven clean sheets in 21 Serie A games this term, Onana is expected to be on the watchlist of many football clubs.
Meanwhile, Manchester United has also been recently linked with a move for Lautaro Martinez.
According to reports, the chances of signing both are slim as the Red Devils see the Argentina international as an alternative to Harry Kane, their prime target for the summer.
It is, therefore, for Erik Ten Hag to decide which one of them he would sign as the Old Trafford outfit prepare for enforcement next season.
According to reports in the United Kingdom, United could be in line to make a move to sign the prolific striker from the Nerazzurri.
Ten Hag’s side need an elite-level center-forward to line up at Old Trafford before the start of next season to have a chance of contesting for the title after their Carabao Cup success.
They can win another title as they face Manchester City in the FA Cup finals.
